Medic Graduate from QMUL with BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience providing Biology Tuition for all levels up to A Level

As a weekly tutor for 2.5 years at JKNS Education, I faced many stressful situations. Whilst teaching a group of fast-paced students, I found it difficult to simultaneously tutor a child with learning disability. Overtime, I understood that it was important to teach the basic concepts before covering more detailed aspects, which has helped me in my own studies. Consequently, I am more confident in organising my time efficiently and have improved my leadership skills. As Co-President of Barts and the London Tamil Society, I was responsible for writing emails and working with other society and committee members to ensure that our events were successful, which has improved my teamwork skills. Although a job degree is challenging, I believe that I will be able to maintain a good work-life balance, whilst learning more about neuroscience and enhancing my research skills to become a better doctor, especially as an aspiring Neuropathologist.
