I have 8 years experience in teaching maths from grade years of online tutoring. I make learners comfortable. I explain what is needed from them and we we follows the syllabus documents and pace setters as our guidelines for the exam they are going to be tested on

I prepare a lesson and do all the exercises before I can say a learner should do them, hence I have a workbook and we there touch the exam type of questions after we are done with the class activies, I use misconceptions alot in my class to removed mistakes in the minds.

All I do I instill love to this kids so that they can assist me to teach them to get good grades.

Further more I have learnt that learners need to be loved in class to do well in maths and be encourage to do atleast few new things everyday , to be fertile in their minds hence that also helps them to do well in the other subjects. I treat all grades the same because they do new things by using the previous basics ,so it's my duty to be knowledgeable about the previous grades and reminds them all relevant things , so that the lesson should be easier for them.
