Background Information:

Over the past four years, I have gained invaluable insight into the field of education through my experience at three ‘outstanding’ schools. This past year, I have taught a Year 3 class, which has allowed me to diversify and expand my knowledge of different year groups. Additionally, I have deepened my understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and the importance of creating appropriate adaptations to enable positive outcomes for SEN children. While planning for a diverse group of children, I have become proficient in structuring lessons, outlining content and aims, and summarising key points as the lesson progresses.
