Mathematics tutor teaches students of all ages preferably young students

I am currently a 200 level student in the university of Ibadan taking a BSc program in statistics. I have a great knowledge about elementary Algebra and Calculus. I'm a very passionate math teacher with 2+ years of experience in primary school environments. Designed integrated lesson plans and incorporated authorial prep elements to the curricula. In my previous role prepared and run after-school tutoring for a young student with learning difficulties that helped improve their examination results greatly. I'm seeking to leverage math and communication skills.
