I have been teaching for 7 years and currently serve as the second-in-charge of a department. In addition, I have been privately tutoring students online for approximately 5 years. My teaching approach involves utilising online resources and past papers to build students' confidence and improve their ability to tackle various questions. I make sure to thoroughly review each student's work, asking targeted questions to ensure they truly understand the content before moving on. I also ensure that students mark their work and revisit areas where they are struggling. To reinforce learning, I assign regular homework based on past paper questions related to the topics covered, and we go over it together in the following lesson. My focus is on providing ample practice and exposing students to real-life, applied, and reasoning-based questions to help them become more confident and proficient.
