My mother tongue is cantonese and I have been learning Mandarin since the age of 6. I have done IB Mandarin with the score of grade 7 out of 7. I totally understand the frustration and anxiety of learning a whole new language, but feel comfortable to give yourself a try in a new language or even just for revision.
