In teaching law I like to make sure that basics are first understood. Once they are it is only a matter of building up upon that, but you will make no fundamental mistakes. I am therefore focused on understanding the logic of the law, identifying clear tests and being able to apply that. Case law is ever important, hence I am enthusiastic to help with the analysis and use of cases.
