Lifelong journalist and editor of three publications

My early life was spent as a reporter on a local newspaper group in Essex and later I went into trade journalism, working as an editor on the Caterer & Hotelkeeper, The Grocer and Cash & Carry Management. I have also freelanced for the Daily Mail and done radio broadcasts. I am notoriously critical of poor English construction, particularly grammar and spelling.
