I’ve been passionate ever since about telling stories, stories that make people identify with them and take the better part of it to change their lives. I have been involved in competitive sports for more than 20 years. All from cycling, running, triathlon, and my favorite and actively doing it, ultra running. I currently do motivational speeches and coaching for teams in companies and/or individual approaches. I have my own website if you want to check it out, I regularly do motivational speeches and experiences for companies I have been working for over 12 years in a finance atmosphere in the corporate world, so I know from my heart what skills and values are required to obtain the discipline, dedication, and commitment to have such a work/balance lifestyle. I am obsessed with the “no excuses” philosophy that I have my own podcast interviewing famous personalities from many backgrounds, talking about life, how to make things happen, and laying out their main advice for life.
