Each of my lessons will be personalised and adopted to the individual students. No generic power points. I will also adjust the difficulty and pace of the lesson to ensure the student is challenged but not overwhelmed. Visual aids will be regularly used and exam questions will be linked to real life scenarios. my students will understand why what they are learning is important/ useful. I will also make a good use of analogies to ensure the topic is understood and not just memorised.
