Do you struggle getting organised? Or with starting tasks and not being able to finish them? Do you often get frustrated because your mind will be screaming at you to just DO SOMETHING, but all you can bring yourself to do is scroll endlessly on your phone?
If any of those apply to you, you're not alone. I'm a law student with autism and ADHD, and I know better than anyone how much being neurodivergent can impact your life, wellbeing, and mental health. Over the years, through determination, working with specialists and therapists, and lots of research, I've been able to develop and implement several essential skills and coping mechanisms that help me stay focused, organized, and anxiety-free.
As a tutor, my goal is to help you develop and implement those skills for yourself. Of course, every person is different, and I will work with each student independently to figure out the areas and symptoms that bring you the most distress in your life, and together we will find a set of coping mechanisms that work for you.
I aim to provide you with a safe and flexible environment where your problems are taken seriously and where you are free to be yourself.
