Mentoring and teaching comes very intuitively to me and I enjoy it a lot :=) I love to see people grow! I have a strong preference for mentoring in such a way that my mentees learn how to approach all possible problems with a newly-gained programmer mindset, rather than learn how to solve specific problems only. I am a firm believer in the power of curiosity as one of the strongest drivers in learning, so my sessions are often co-designed with my mentees, unless otherwise needed.
