I presented a speech about the harmful effects of keeping animals in zoos. This helped me to
overcome my fear of public speaking and enabled me to develop confidence and communication skills.
During my free time, I joined a medical healthcare club in my school. We researched, created and
presented our projects, related to medicine, to our classmates. This helped me develop communication
and active listening skills. I also learnt to balance out all the tasks which helped me build time
management skills. We debated and questioned each other about our specific topics and this helped
me develop my confidence and social skills.
