I am keen to help anyone of any age learn the art of self defence. I believe everyone should have some knowledge of self defence in order to feel that much safer when out alone or with a group of friends.

I have a passion of martial arts and teaching people self defence. I have been training martial arts for almost 20years now and I believe it is time for me to pass down the knowledge I have accumulated over the years to anyone willing to learn
