Italian tutor teacher, also available for English/Italian translations

Hi! My name is Yeelian. I was born and raised in Florence in a trilingual home. I'm a native Italian speaker and I'm also fluent in English and Chinese.

My early exposure to different languages allowed me to develop an exceptional sensibility to syntax and grammar. I spent a year in London studying Comparative Literature and French and I have a BA in Chinese language and studies at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. As a student with a linguistic and humanistic background and as an eager reader I possess advanced text interpretation and analysis skills. During my career I was challenged with technical and literary translations from Chinese, English, French but also Classical Chinese and Classical Tibetan. Studying different languages allowed me to think flexibly, deeply fortifying my writing and paraphrasing skills. Additionally, my experience tutoring for foreign students of Italian allowed me to strengthen my knowledge of grammar rules.
