Federica taught both the Italian language and culture in many of my classes while I completed an Italian minor. She is fluent in the Italian language and is passionate about sharing her culture and knowledge with students. Throughout the time that Federica has taught me, it has been apparent to me that she possesses excellent skills and commitment towards teaching, students and community.  She is intelligent, hard-working, motivated, resourceful, intuitive, industrious, patient and responsible.  It is rare indeed to encounter someone so able in so many ways. Federica enjoyed considerable success as a teacher and professional.  She promoted the use of the target language by speaking it frequently and helping students with strategies that would help them use it. She showed particular sensitivity to those students who struggled and always opened the doors to her classroom to connect with students and help anyone who wanted to learn and practice the Italian language.

I had the privilege of working with Federica for my Italian language learning journey, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, it was evident that Federica is not just a tutor, but a true educator who is passionate about teaching.
