My diagnostic and therapeutic expertise has led to significant contributions in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, pancreatic cystic fibrosis, degenerative retina diseases, and COVID-19.With this application , I am looking forward to teach young brains with molecular genetics, cloning, and CRISPR-Cas9 genetic engineering approaches applicable in veterinary medicine, cultivated meat technology, pharmacological science, medicine, environmetal biological sciences. With my lectures, I am targeting to leverage their interest and knowledge level in biological sciences, help their career selection at young age. I am proud to highlight my involvement in supporting S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education through various initiatives. As a member of the United Nations Association of New York, I contributed to inspiring students from the Union County Teams Charter School and Leadership Academy by sharing my Stem Cell Research background and educational journey. Furthermore, I served as a project supervisor for summer medical interns at the Weill Cornell Medical College Department of Surgery, empowering medical school students and residents in applied stem cell research, genetic engineering techniques, microscopy.By the end of my lectures,young brains will understand the basic principles of molecular genetics, cloning, and the CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing technique and their applications in daily life through colorful presentations.I will encourage students to explore further resources, research papers, and news articles related to these topics to deepen their understanding. And engage them in class discussions or question-and-answer sessions to address any remaining doubts or misconceptions.
