As a student support, teaching assistant, cover supervisor and Sen support, I strive to cultivate positive attitudes towards education among students learning and their families. This is important because it enables students to leverage their opportunities fully. Additionally, I provide intervention and support strategies to help students overcome barriers that impede their learning. Also, I encourage high attendance and positive behaviours to facilitate effective learning.

Also, I taught Geography and History in the Caribbean; equally, I am an English teacher and TEFL qualified with a Level 6 Diploma in Teaching and Learning (L6DTL-OT). Also, I have worked as a cover supervisor for many years, assisting in teaching History, English and religious education.

I hold certificates in teaching assistant qualifications and tutoring in small groups. And support one-to-one learning development for students of all ages. I have studied Arts & Humanities, History, English literature, Philosophy and Politics. I study Counselling and psychology, covering fear and sadness; this understanding of the various issues of the mind has given me a complete sense of how to work and support mental health and well-being and mindfulness. I have supported individual needs and different learners in educational settings, including the SENCO department; also, I am a qualified counsellor with Level 5 qualification.
