I am an ICF Accredited life coach with prior experience in recruitment (8 yrs) and Media & marketing (10 yrs). During this time, I have worked with many senior clients and candidates across global markets. This has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of what it takes to progress and advance in the corporate world. I have led teams where I have coached and mentored colleagues and senior professionals to help them realise their strengths & overcome challenges to progress in their careers and take on leadership opportunities or find jobs that are aligned with their values, strengths & career goals.
Now, I would like to extend my expertise to young professionals (Students and young adults who are starting out in their careers), to help them develop positive habits and a growth mindset of a leader from an early age. Working with students and young professionals aligns perfectly with my mission to empower individuals to realize their full potential and cultivate the skills necessary to grow and succeed in their careers.

I specialise in one to one coaching. My sessions are completely client led & customised to your needs. My first session is always a free/ trial (exploratory) session. In this session I would like to understand what you are looking for and then tailor make a coaching program to suit your needs. During the call I will also recommend how many sessions we will need, how often we will meet and so on. I conduct all my sessions virtually over zoom.
