I would teach according to the students needs, some need more support then others and I use a mix of reading, listening and watching so students have a better chance of learning. Some students are more visual than others and require a teacher that understands this. I use reading material the students want to read, and resources to ensure they can concentrate, I encourage work breaks ( movement breaks and listening to audio books.
