I hold 1:1 sessions in person or online where the client learns about themselves. Who do they want to be, what do they want to achieve, what's important about reaching this goal and how are they going to do it.

Coaching isn't teaching, it's journey about where the client learns what's important to them and who they are. They set themselves a goal or come with a problem. Using thought provoking questions, they work out what they can do and what they want to do, to reach their goal or solve their problem.
