I have a BA, in Ancient and Medieval History and Culture. A singular degree, that charted the evolution of European and Mediterranean history from the Ancient Greeks, to the dawn of the Renaissance. It was here that I learned to accept nothing as absolute fact, but to form opinion from evidence, and critical thought. To then craft your thoughts and opinions, into written works and arguments. This is the essence of any study of history, to critique your primary and secondary sources, to gain as clear a picture of the past as we can. This is the form our classes will take, to be engaged, to question, to debate.
