Head chef of bowden court work with volunteer training people from zero for become cooks

My name is Matteo, I am 33 years old and I have been working as a head chef in the Bowden Court hostel for about 6 years. I have invested all my day offs for the last 5 years working in various restaurants to continue to see and learn from high level chefs, in the hostel everything my staff are student volunteers who start with zero experience and who have to teach the basics of cooking and how to work in a safe way, some of them are now cooks or even chefs, I love teaching
