I encourage group activities where children can learn from each other. It’s amazing how peer explanation sometimes makes concepts click in ways that adult explanation might not. Of course, recognizing that each child is unique is key. I adapt my teaching to meet individual needs, offering more challenging problems to those who are ready, and extra support to those who need it. Lastly, fostering a positive learning environment is crucial. I ensure that every child feels safe to ask questions and make mistakes, as this is part of the learning process.
