As a student I always believed in understanding the subject first and then try to memories it, therefore, as a private tutor, I would aim at making sure that the student understands the subject first, for instance if we take start from equity, I would like to explain and dissect my lecture in three components, historical significance, the developing stages of the concept and significance in today’s time. I believe, once you understand the concept, the latter part which is to say case laws and examples are easy to understand and remember.
