I am a HR graduate, with a high level of English

A HR graduate who has a passion for teaching. I have over 2 years experience teaching English to students. During my time as a teacher I have learnt that every student is different so it is important for me to assess my students and work with their needs.
My lessons will be interactive and I aim to create a safe space for my students. I will be creating timesheets using Excel. Writing reports on each of my students, keeping track of their progress. Identify problems and carry out assessments to come up with solutions that benefit the team and my students and ask questions to check for understanding and doing this frequently.
