Initially, I will address the students personal goals. I then set up a plan on how we can achieve that in their personal time frame. My teaching style adapts to individuality. I identify what learning style best suited my student. E.G, are you a picture learner? Are you a learner who prefers written explanations with diagrams? The beauty of science is that it can be demonstrated in many ways and so allows me to adapt to many students to effectively learn and regurgitate.
