I think most important is to communicate directly with the person face to fsce , so I will use directly skype, facebook or zoom, because when you speak with your student , you have a win-win action: first the communication is very quickly so you can sort-it-out all problems from students and second you can be there for your students. I can be contacted anytime, also on whatsapp or by e-mail if students don't have time for videocall, or I can be contacted by text, sms, so go ahead cause your problems have solutions with me!
