I like to listen to students. I ask some questions during the lecture about the topic we’re working on that makes easier for me to identify where the student lack and then work on those areas. Furthermore, after completing a topic I like to do questions related to the topic with the students. This helps them understand how to solve questions and even helps me assess their strengths and weaknesses.
