I believe, using props and flashcards are very effective and innovative way to memorize things, so i use them frequently during my classes. Building a strong connection between students and teachers is necessity so that students don't hesitate to ask their doubts. I repeat again and again, work on the pronunciation and everything to ensure that children learn things in the right and the best way possible. I make the teaching learning a fun activity.
