I understand students' personal circumstances, clarify their specific needs, and also get to know their interests. Blending all of these things together means I can focus on the kinds of vocabulary, grammar and communicative skills a student will need most often. Focusing on the student's interests makes the lessons more enjoyable, improves engagement, and allows them to memorise more effectively.
