I am a Research and Strategy Director with a MSc in Consumer Psychology, with 25 years in marketing, brand strategy, research, audience insight, impact evaluation and training. I have worked with a range of sectors including charity/not for profit, (local) government, financial services, FMCG, telecoms, tech/start-ups and healthcare.
I teach both students (currently at the School of Communication Arts 2.0 and UEA’s MSc in Brand Management) and professionals at all stages of their careers. These classes tend to be bespoke, run as one-offs or as a full curriculum.
I teach in person, online and in the Metaverse. Whatever the channel, these sessions have one thing in common: they are interactive, combining discussions with activities, rooted in academic rigour with real world examples and practical applications.
