I give lessons that are specifically intended to students' needs. I put emphasis on conversation.

Clearly, the most important to consider are students' needs. I would ask them about their targets and try to help them with their tasks relating to the language taught. I would also put an emphasis on conversation as I believe communicating freely is the best part of learning new language and of learning process itself.
