I give lessons just for beginers, in italian and English. I teach traditional hatha yoga and prenatal yoga. I truly love working with women and help them to deeply connect with themselves improving quality life and happiness.

I work just with small groups online or 1 to 1 classes because I want to create lessons personalised as much as possible and that actually helps people on daily bases life. My method is a combination between breathwork, traditional hatha yoga, shamanic yoga, meditation and energy.
