GCSE Math, Chemistry, Biology and Physics Tutor

Currently studying a BSc in Accounting and Finance at LSE (ranked 3rd in UK), and expected a 1st Class Honours classification in my degree, within top 15% of my cohort. Furthermore, I am active in several societies (Treasurer of Quantitative Trading Society and Consultant at Castore Consulting). In addition to this, I am a Student Academic Mentor, assisting lower years with their course modules and general university life.

Achieved A*A*A in my A-Levels and 10 A*-As in GCSE's.

3+ years of experience tutoring, with over 150 online tutoring sessions, and 50 in-person sessions. I've also worked with an organisation that allowed students from top universities to tutor bright students from disadvantaged schools around London, increasing average student scores by almost 2 grades.

Formalities aside, when helping someone understand a concept, or when I’m explaining it, my approach is thoroughly based on the student. I place large importance on understanding, and I believe success in any subject needs fundamental and intuitive understanding, especially with the sciences. Throughout my academic life, I have always tried to gain a deep understanding of every concept I am taught and I have enlisted a variety of methods to obtain this. If I’m helping someone, I won’t stop until they are super watertight with their concepts! I equip students with all the conceptual depth and tools they need to tackle any kind of problem - assuring the highest grades can be unlocked and obtained.
