My pedagogy centres around the student's needs, goals and abilities first. Within the first lesson, we will establish what the student's long-term/short-term goals, strengths, and weaknesses. I will then individualise my teaching method to best adapt to their goals and learning methods. For example, if they are a kinestetic learner, I will incorporate that into my teaching method. We will then build up good studying habits through reinforcement of regular, digestable revision. I always welcome students to be open around me - no question is a stupid question.
