Foreign learners of English at a beginner and intermediate level

I would establish the level of the knowledge of the student and find out their specific requirement for learning English. I would identify a short and long term goals to achieve a desired level of language knowledge. I would then think of methods to apply in my tutoring to achieve these goals.
