I am a first year undergraduate looking to tutor maths and physics to high school students

Sciences are not about just knowing a string of facts and numbers. They are about understanding foundational principles that govern how the world works. mathematics is about more than being able to answer an exam question, but understanding why the process works. In physics, it's not just knowing the equation F=ma, but truly understanding what that means, and gaining the ability to manipulate it to solve more complex problems.
I aim to teach to understand, explaining some concepts beyond what is examinable (within reason) in order to ensure comprehension, and prove that the subjects really are interesting.
