As far as describing myself as a teacher honest, straight forward definitely not politically correct, opinionated , open minded to new ideas all which I also encourage my students to be in my class.

As a good teacher, one of the best qualities is a skill in communication, when it comes to effective teaching, you need a Strong communication skills. By communicating to school from the beginning of the class how Maths applies to their future career, their hobbies and sports. Listening - A Good teacher Listens well to their students after communications, As a Good teacher listening to students helps you picks up what's isn't said, such as anxiety a student have and this can help me understands well and build their confidence. Collaboration and adaptivity to students, This helps to engage the students. you need to fill various roles to collaborate with students and to adjust their teaching methods to the age of their students, practices and resource available. As a good teacher, I show empathy to my students as I treat students individually by being empathetic, observant and understanding to what is going on in their lives. And Lastly to be Patience. As a Good Teacher you have to be Patience with each ever grade you are dealing with. Your patience will be testing as an educator, and you have to exercise and blend with them to be able to maintain a good learning classrooms
