I try my best to simplify the method of teaching which allows the student to feel as comfortable as possible when they approach the question in case. I also try to settle their nerves since majority of students feel uncomfortable when it comes to overcoming the obstacle of learning difficulties or challenges. The core values of my teaching/tutoring methods are Structured, Engaging, and Student orientated. I begin with an initial assessment to identify each student's strengths and weaknesses combined with an initial honest conversation to get an understanding of what their strengths are as well what areas they want to focus on improving and areas of significant weaknesses, followed by a personalized learning plan tailored to their needs. My lessons are interactive and progressive, combining step-by-step problem-solving, guided practice, and independent exercises to ensure thorough understanding. With a strong exam-focused strategy, I emphasize past paper practice, time management, and effective answering techniques. I also try to integrate real-world practical examples or applications from my finance and auditing background to make maths more relatable. My approach builds confidence and motivation, ensuring continuous progress through regular feedback and parental updates.
