Experienced vocal coach and piano tutor - online and in person lessons!

My name is Athena Sofianou and i am an experienced vocal coach and music teacher, based in London.
i am primarily a singer (contemporary, pop, jazz, classical, musical theatre, songwriting) but also a pianist/ keyboardist.
i have been teaching children and adults for a decade now, preparing them for exams, auditions, GCSEs, music performances and helping them to improve their music skills and music understanding. Some people come to me to improve their general level, or simply to get more confidence with singing or playing the piano, and that's ok too :-) all my lessons are custom made for you and your specific needs. So you will not feel like there is a boring moment during our lessons, the lessons will be tailored to your needs, and will aim to keep you always on your best form and to make the most of the time we book together! We will use books and sheet music and other times we can use tabs or chord charts and we will connect with our feeling :-) eventually you will be able to read, sing/play, improvise and express yourself like you always wanted, being authentic and being yourself; it's always been enough! i will only direct you to the right direction :-)
i am blessed to have experience in many music related jobs, as a singer songwriter, vocalist/performer, lyricist, published artist, vocal coach, music tutor, and so on. i have been working as self employed in many music schools all over London, and helping students with:
schoolwork, grade 1-8 RSL, ABRSM and Trinity examinations, GCSEs, A levels and BA audition prep, professional audition preparation, music performance coaching (modern, classical, musical theatre).
