As an experienced tutor and writer, I can help both children and adults improve their writing with tailored lesson plans.

Before beginning tuition, I have a conversation with the student to discuss where they are confident and where they would benefit from support. My teaching style centres empowerment of the student and I want them to feel in control of their learning throughout. From there, I develop a tailored plan to helps students grow in confidence and capability. This can include custom writing exercises, reading exercises and, once the student is ready, practice questions from past papers. Above all, I believe learning is most effective when it is fun.
