Experienced facilitator delivering courses for children aged from 5-15 on resilience, confidence, emotional management and self regulation.

Each session will focus on a particular subject related to your personal growth and wellbeing! I do this through game play and open discussion. As a former performer, I like to keep sessions fun and entertaining. Using creative techniques, I aim to give students the tools and understanding of how to manage their thoughts, feelings and actions in heightened situations such as exam stress or moving schools for example. With my years of experience in this field, the young people I have worked with previously have not only enjoyed my sessions but felt more empowered to take on the challenges they face!
