Experienced English Teacher, Bilingual in English and Spanish

Hello! My name is Luke, I am 24 and I am a passionate and driven English teacher. I have been teaching English since I was 16, when I first set up my own private English lessons in Spain. Since then, I have continued to pursue my passion for languages and teaching and helped people learn English in a variety of settings; including online, in person and in classrooms.

I lived in Mexico last year as an English teacher for the British Council, teaching English at Mexico's top university was a life-changing experience and improved my teaching skills even further. I created my own conversation club to help less confident students also.

I love helping people to grow and improve their English skills, whether it be speaking, listening, reading or writing, I adapt my lessons to suit the needs of each individual student. We can look at more complex English theory or have a simple conversation about daily life; it is up to you! I draw from an extensive variety of sources including online materials, textbooks and my own unique teaching techniques.

I studied Law with Spanish Law at University and have spoken Spanish fluently since I was a child. I understand how hard it is to speak another language so I try my best to make the students feel comfortable and excited to learn.
