With a rich background as a Certified Chef and a proven track record in kitchen management, my goal is to empower my students skills that extend beyond the basics.

Drawing from my experience at DMAY FOODS, where I improved hygiene ratings and collaborated on new menus, and my role at Wine Lab Restaurant, assisting the Head Chef in daily operations, I bring practical insights to lessons.
My sessions will be collaborative and hands-on. We'll explore menu planning, ensuring uniform serving sizes, and enhancing meal quality. I'll share industry secrets, from managing budgets and stock to creating visually appealing content for online presence, showcasing culinary creations.
My experience at Red Dish Chronicles Culinary School, where I specialized in pastry-making, will enhance your skills in creating a variety of desserts. From basic kitchen fundamentals to advanced techniques, I will cover it all. I'll instill in them a safety-conscious mindset and proficiency in health and safety procedures, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
Having a background in finance and auditing at GMT Nigeria Limited and Baker Tilly Nigeria, I'll bring precision and organizational skills to our lessons. We'll not only cook but understand the science behind it – from measurements to formulas.
