Experienced Computer Science Tutor for KS3,4 & 5

I teach student-focused lessons in Computer Science and IT Skills.
I want your lessons with me to be about you getting the knowledge and skills that are relevant to you. When the lesson is over I want you to come away from it having had a positive experience and with notes or materials that you can refer to later.

I am a qualified Computer Science and ICT Teacher with over 18 years of experience. I teach Computer Science and ICT from Prep and Key Stage 3 through to GCSE, IGCSE, A level, and BTEC for all the major Exam Boards. I hold a PGCE in Secondary Education (Computing) from the Institute of Education, University of London, and a degree in Computer Science.

I have been an examiner for GCSE Computer Science with AQA.
I want to make computer science fun, engaging, and something that my students can be successful in.
Hiring a personal tutor must be part of the solution. I work with my students to provide sessions that are tailored to their needs. That may be to focus on solving specific difficulties or a more general course that covers a number of different topics.
Either way, the focus will be on their needs, making the sessions relevant and enabling them to be secure in their knowledge and progress with confidence
