Experienced Art Teacher with over 14 Years Experience Teaching both Children and Adults

I've been working as a private tutor since 2016 for both groups and individuals. My clients include both private individuals seeking a solid academic foundation in art making, professional artists seeking technical training or media-specific methodology, and institutions seeking group-development classes (previous clients include the University of the Arts London, Liberty London, and Buzzfeed).
I run the weekly drop-in life drawing group Soho Life Drawing, and as an artist have exhibited internationally and won several awards.

My sessions are client focussed, and I teach both children and adults. Some clients seek strong technical training either in anticipation of further arts education or for professional development (artists, animators, etc...); others are interested in a particular medium or subject matter such as watercolours or portraiture; some wish assistance in creating a specific project they have in mind; and others simply want to experience the benefits of art making as a therapeutic exercise, the benefits of which extend beyond the studio.

I teach both in-person at my studio off St. Martin's Lane in central London, and online to clients worldwide. To start classes with me, we'll start with a careful consideration of your goals and preferences before agreeing upon a lesson plan going forward.
