I also teach how to cook Italian food while learning the language.
I am a passionate Italian cook with a deep love for creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients. I found my passion for cooking as a little girl, helping my Nonna in the kitchen and harvesting vegetables from our garden in the Italian countryside. From those early days, I established a solid foundation in traditional Italian cooking techniques and flavours, which have moulded my culinary career.
My teaching experience has greatly enhanced my cooking skills. I can break down complex tasks into manageable steps and explain them in a way that is easy to understand. This qualifies me for teaching cookery to children and adults of all ages. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for cooking with others, whether it's teaching a little child how to make their first batch of homemade pasta or assisting an adult in mastering the art of preparing risotto.
I also have formal culinary training from the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine in London. There, I honed my skills in both traditional cooking techniques and modern culinary trends. After graduating, I worked as a food stylist for editorial and commercial projects, where I learned how to create visually stunning dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. My experience as a food stylist has given me a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of how to make food look as appetizing as possible.
Italian cuisine is a reflection of my heritage and a true passion of mine. From handmade pasta to rich sauces bursting with flavour, I take great pride in sharing the secrets of Italian cooking with my students. Whether it's teaching a class on how to choose the right ingredients, make the perfect pasta dough or hosting a cooking workshop on traditional Italian dishes, I am always excited to spread the joy of Italian cooking to others.
I am dedicated to passing on the traditions and techniques of Italian cuisine to others, and I am confident that I can inspire and empower lettles ones as well as older students to become confident and capable home cooks. Buon appetito!
