My specialization is grounded in Spanish and Romanian National and International Commercial Law, with a current focus on the Intellectual Property domain and GDPR compliance. In plus, Civil Law is my base specialization so any area such as Family Law, contract disputes, Property Law, civil rights and obligations are also part of expertise. Additionally, I have successfully completed the University of Pennsylvania's Patent Law course, augmenting my proficiency in intellectual property rights.
