I give online lifestyle coaching. Helping, thinking out of the box and listening are my main strength, so why not using them to help other to achieve their goals and feel passionate about their life

Problems can arise in multiple areas, but my work here will be to give you tools so you can discover which is the best solution for you. I do not have all the answers, but talking and thinking together can take out of your shoulders some pressure. The main point of my work is to inspire you to look at your issues in another way.

I seek to motivate you to achieve your goals. May we find together what drive you and get the tools to achieve it. We can always be better or happier in our personal or work life, you just have to know how. I invite you to discover with me the path that is right for you.

The meetings can be schedule once a week or every other week, as client request. I suggest ever other week since in each session you will received an exercise so you can do it until our next session and you have the proper time to make it.
